Assuming that you would like more rather than less vitality. Here is a tool to get you increasing your body business vitality. Breathing is the baseline in your body business. Every breath is either a deposit or a withdrawal of vitality. This is a rich subject that I cover in my Natural Rhythm sessions but here’s a little something to get you going.

Breathing out rapidly and jerkily is generally a withdrawal of vitality. Yet, that withdrawal may indeed be necessary, if not vital, to survival. Like running away from a tiger chasing you. However our mental tigers are chasing us most of the time. And we can end up worn out from just thinking about all the “tigers” out there.

So if we can breathe out slowly and smoothly then we can start depositing vitality rather than spending it. You will know that you have started making deposits in your vitality business when your shoulders relax and move downward into a more natural position.

This breathing tool is the tiniest tip of a very big vitality iceberg. But it is something you can-do straight away.

I certainly needed that vitality income when I found myself being metaphorically chased by feelings of ravenous tigers … of hopelessness and anxiety. What is the first thing I can do to support my vitality?

Freshly squeezed lemon in a little hot or cold water at the start of every day and meal.

Why?

The short answer is that the chemistry of lemons facilitates the optimum functioning of your cells.
Taking lemon water before you eat is optimum but taking it during or afterwards is better than not taking it at all.

What is vitality?

Vitality is the optimum functioning or performance of the cells in your body. This optimum function is a vital state of enjoying all that you do and being fit to do all you desire to do.

Is supporting Vitality a Vegan diet?

Supporting Vitality is a way of proceeding in harmony with your body and its core requirements for vitality, rather than any particular -ism.

So is it an eating plan?

It is all about natural principles rather than a plan.
Supporting Vitality is about understanding and mastering the principles of how the body supports vitality.

Will I need to stop eating chocolate or any other of my favourite "un-healthy" foods?

The short answer is NO. However, you can't make an omelette without cracking eggs!
There will be times when consumption of these items need to be limited or curtailed for a period.
Supporting Vitality does not include a lifetime ban unless that is your own decision.

How will I get my nutrition, my protein or be strong if I eat mainly fruit and vegetables?

Protein cannot be utilized by the body without being processed first. Processing generates waste that needs cleaning up which drains energy.
The processing is to access the amino acids that the cells can use.
Fruit is the purest form of cell fuel as it is already in the prime state of amino acids, so no energy drain. Some fruits also provide a natural cleaning component.

Will I go really thin if I start regenerating my body?

That is a probability, but it depends on how fast you drive your body to regenerate.
Think of renovating a house: you must strip out the broken and unwanted materials before rebuilding. It’s the same in the body.

Why can't I increase my vitality while eating the same food I've always eaten and my parents have eaten?

The same interpretation → same response → same food selection → same outcome.
If you feel tired and stressed, eating the same food creates the same internal chemistry → same tiredness.
Just changing what you do won’t solve the root issue, though it may provide temporary relief.

What is disease?

"Disease" is an idea attached to a physical reality to explain changes in the body during healing. But that does not make it a correct or beneficial idea.
The moment you stop trying to fix a problem that doesn’t exist — everything changes.

Do I need to count calories?

Say bye-bye to counting calories.

Is there a limit to what vitality can achieve?

The power of vitality is about performance, but our ability to support it fully depends on many factors.
Still, most people would be astonished by what they can achieve with even low-level support.
